We have haircuts, manicuires, hand and arm massages available. Cardigan  Hand
knitted Christmas Tree decorations are now for sale at the Cardigan
office for £1 each. These are kindly knitted and donated by one of our
dedicated volunteers. 12 of October We
will have a stand at the Llandysul flu clinic on the 12th of October
(with tote bags and Christmas cards/tree decorations for sale).3 Of November The Next Cardigan Living Well Group will be held at Theatr Mwldan on Thursday the 3rd November. Free tea and coffee served and volunteers will be available to give 'taster' hand and arm massage sessions. Elizabeth Phillips our Complimentary Therapy co-ordinator will also be present to give information on this project.  16 of October
