October 2011

Diane Logan of Amydays came to the Living Well Group at Plascrug Leisure Centre yesterday and made turbans with the group from recycled clothes. Thomas Buchi ran a session on Tai chi afterwards. 9 people attended the group and really enjoyed the session. One lady came out on her own using the Bws Bro community bus which provides free door to door transport to the Living Well Group session. This is the first time she has been out on her own since diagnosis.
The sessions run on the first Tuesday of the month 10-12 in Plascrug Leisure Centre.
