We have a team of dedicated, qualified nurses who work throughout the local community. Our nurses offer advice and support to patients suffering from life-limiting illnesses and their carers and family members. Our nurses can refer patients to other services such as family support Cysurfan, or complementary therapies. Our nurses also work very closely with District Nurses, GPs and members of the multi-disciplinary teams providing a seamless delivery of care in Ceredigion.

We have found that, given the choice, the majority of people would prefer to stay at home throughout their illness, comforted by familiar faces and surroundings. At the Beacon Of Hope we have a team of nurses who deliver a high standard of expert care in the patients home
 

How can the service be accessed?
