We are a registered charity that provide immediate comfort and on going practical and nursing support to people with terminal and life limiting illness in Ceredigion, South Gwynedd and West Powys. Our dedicated staff and volunteers work in the community in Aberystwyth, Cardigan and Machynlleth and aim to enable people to live the best quality of life in the time they have left.
